Primary Inventory Management Services Offered:

At the onset of our relationship, one of our professionally-trained consultants will meet with you to tour your facility and discuss how AIM can meet your specific inventory management needs. After meeting with you we’ll design a program to help you reach your inventory management goals. To ensure accountability of all fixtures, our team will arrive early on the scheduled day of inventory counting to map out and label your entire facility with fixture numbers to break each area is its own small and manageable size for ease of counting and auditing. Then, during the course of the inventory service, one of AIM’s supervisors will conduct ongoing spot audits with each counter to assure accuracies and control errors. Once all items in the store are physically counted and then entered into a portable data collector, the information will be transferred to a laptop computer and a detailed report and data file will be provided for your use.
